CSS returns for a third year in two venues
The Sidmouth Folk Week kicked off at the beginning of August, and saw CSS being invited to provide lighting at the ever-popular Ham venue on the waterfront, and also at the Bulverton venue up on the hill. Andi Dell handled the always-busy Ham lighting board, whilst the Bulverton setup was in the hands of the sound crew.
Rob Elmore and Luke Furr took care of the Bulverton Ceilidh sound for the first half, then Rob Horsell and Luke completed the second half.
This is a very demanding project in terms of the long hours and variety of acts, and our grateful thanks to our crews for their often sleepless nights (more like too much beer) and tented accommodation. Hats off as well to everyone involved in keeping the access route so dry and making our trucking exits so much easier.
