Conferences and Conference Solutions are a significant and strategic part of our business at CSS.

Focusing around Meyersound and d&b sound systems, with Lighting from Robe, Martin Professional and Avolights, we carry a range of hardware to suit all levels of conference work and an experienced, dedicated and friendly crew who will work hard to deliver a professional and clean event for you to an exacting standard.

We carry AV solutions in house to a medium conference level and we have close strategic relationships with other companies to deliver high end projection and screens, LED walls and technology, Camera work and production / broadcast work.

In house we carry a selection of flats, drapes, staging and sets and depending on your conference needs we can arrange any designs that you require. We design and produce Gobos of all descriptions and we have a wide range of projections surfaces, shapes and sizes.

For medium and larger venues, we carry comprehensive rigging in house with light weight, medium and heavy duty truss systems, all associated rigging equipment and an experienced rigging team. For smaller conference venues (right down to the small, intimate conference for 20 people) we have discreet and unobtrusive rigging hardware which, with discreet cable management, goes to provide the best of effect with a minimum of fuss and hardware.

A recent addition to our conference services is “The Capsule”, a powerful and unique recording concept that will create an MP3 recording from your key note speech, then within minutes of the end of the recording, burn hundreds or thousands of USB sticks that can be branded, preloaded with your notes, website links, PR material and an auto loading front page in your corporate design and then given, or sold, to your delegates as the leave the venue.
