Steve Roskilly - Managing Director
Steve joined CSS in November 2003, with a wealth of management experience, having moved back to England after many years south of the equator running a very successful Pro-Audio group. The rapid and disastrous decline in Zimbabwe's economy told Steve the time was right to pack up and return home.
Steve has a wide range of experience in many diverse aspects of the live and recorded sound business. His "Shed Recording Studios" produced literally hundreds of albums for a great many artists, including The Bhundu Boys, Louis Mhlanga, Four Brothers, Thomas Mapfumo and Oliver Mtukudzi. His PA company promoted the much-aclaimed "Graceland Concert" for Paul Simon, and provided technical management for the african leg of the "Human Rights Now" tour for Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Tracy Chapman, Peter Gabriel and Youssou N'Dour. Other concert tours were for Eric Clapton, Randy Crawford, UB 40, Salif Keita, Bayete and Andy Shepherd. He provided the extensive sound services for the World Council of Churches 8th International Assembly, held in 1998 in Harare.
Lee Dreezer - Head of Pro - Audio
Lee runs our pro-audio. Joining CSS in September 2004, he has brought a great deal of experience from within the audio rentals industry. His departmental responsibility takes him out and about, expanding his client base, and ensuring that jobs already done were up to the client's expectations. Lee's knack of finding solutions under immense pressure is something CSS is proud to lay claim to.
When he's not working or playing with his newborn daughter Scarlett, you'll most likely find Lee doing a spot of carp fishing.
