Within its portfolio, CSS represents a unique new product to the market from Capsule.

The present version of Capsule – called “Genesis” – is an MP3 recording tool that will give your guests a USB data stick in their hand, on a lanyard or on their key ring as they leave the venue.

It will not only have a recording of the event they have just seen or heard, but will also carry other media such as notes, PR material, mini webs and login to your website, all of which can be auto loaded as the key is inserted in their PC.

The Data stick itself can be corporately branded, along with the lanyard or key ring it is supplied with. As the auto run starts when it is connected to a PC, then a front page appears that can carry your logo, designed to your bespoke specification and using your corporate colours. There are also a range of standard front pages that can be cost efficiently customised to your needs and with you logo. These can be seen at the website below.

Capsule gives you the capability to draw your delegates straight to your website as they re-run the key note speech, or view the notes and other files. With a unique login implanted on the key, this can then mean that key efficiency is maintained in communications beyond the end of the conference or show.

The recorded elements of the conference or show can be burned to hundreds or thousands of data sticks, along with the other digital media, within minutes of the end of the recording, allowing the sticks to be available to your guests as they leave the venue.
